Return Policy We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy.
If you receive an item from us and are not completely satisfied, you can return it. However, you must contact us within 15 days of receipt of the item to
inform us that you want to return it. We will send you instructions on how to prepare the item for return shipping and send you a Return Authorization
Number (RAN). Generally the RAN will be sent via email. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. THERE IS A NO RESTOCKING FEE ON
RETURNED ITEMS.
All returned items must be in the original condition as sent. Any gemstone, and in particular rough gemstones and specimens that have
been altered in any way may not be returned.
We deal only in natural gemstones and mineral specimens. Many gemstones typically have characteristic internal inclusions that distinguish them
from their synthetic counterparts. These inclusions, sometimes erroneously referred to as flaws, do not necessarily detract from the stones beauty or value
(See Grading Information). These inclusions may not be visible in the photographs on the website, therefore we provide an honest appraisal in our description of
the extent to which the gemstone is included. Color can also be interpreted or seen differently depending on your computer setup and display monitor capability
from what we post on our server. We make every effort to capture an accurate description of each item in color, clarity and weight before posting on our website.
If you feel that you have received an item that is different from the one pictured and described, please contact us immediately.
Lost Or Damaged Goods Policy If a package arrives in damaged condition, make note of the extent of damage to the shipping container prior to opening it. If possible, photograph the damage. Also preserve the tracking number label as this will help in filing a damage claim to the carrier. Upon opening the damaged package, if the item itself is damaged, contact us immediately. Save all packaging.
If you fail to receive an item in a timely manner, please contact us so that we may assist you in tracing the package. If the item is lost,
we will assist you in making an appropriate claim through the carrier insurance.
Final Sale Policy If you want to return an item but fail to abide by the Return Policy
described above, then the sale is considered final. No refund will be provided.
Precious Gem Imports is not responsible for items received and signed for at the delivery address provided to us but do not get to the rightful owner.
